For established Canadian organizations looking to capitalize on potential opportunities or address organizational challenges.
Working with an individual Executive MBA student who is guided by an experienced professor or industry expert, our individual spring consulting engagements range in discipline, industry, and outcomes. Projects tend to focus on innovation and growth opportunities or change issues in the organization that are strategic and important, but they are often not addressed because of operational priorities.
Past project scopes include:
Time commitment:
15-20 hours.
Your executive(s) will work with your Executive MBA student on a mutually agreed-upon and regular schedule, as outlined in the scope of the project proposal stage. You can expect to attend the 40-minute presentation of recommendations in mid-to-late June.
Access to information:
To ensure the project’s success, your company will need to provide relevant documentation and information. A non-disclosure agreement will be signed as necessary to protect confidential information.
Your Feedback:
We value your feedback and learn from your experience. In early July, a link to our client feedback form will be sent to you following the delivery of the final consulting report from the Executive MBA student. This feedback is critical to the learning experience of the student, and we appreciate your time reflecting on your experience. It should take no more than 5-10 minutes to complete.
